ADRIANA BLELOCH
Adriana is also the owner and Chief Operations Officer of Fermion Capital Corp., which acquires businesses and scales them. She has years of business management experience and recently graduated with an M.B.A. degree.
As an international litigation attorney at DeLucia, Mlynar & Associates LLP, former diplomat, and business owner, Adriana is equipped with the know-how in law, business, and financial management as well as government and international relations. Adriana is a linguist fluent in several languages.
As a former diplomat who traveled to and worked in many countries globally, Adriana learned respect, discipline, kindness, and “Ubuntu” from many different cultures. She values the importance of human rights from all the amazing people and cultures she has encountered in her life.
Her passion, intense studies, and experience in the nuclear field make her an expert in Nuclear Safety, Security, Safeguards, and Non-proliferation. She is a member of the World Nuclear Association and attends nuclear courses through the International Atomic Energy Agency, at Brookhaven National Laboratories in Long Island, New York, and at The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Trieste, Italy, on a regular basis.
She also holds certifications in Relationship Therapy, Trauma Counseling, Therapeutic Life Coaching, and Depression Counseling, and recently qualified as an internationally registered certified Hypnotherapist & RTT therapist.
Adriana furthermore serves on the Board of a wildlife Rhino Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that provides funding and training for rhino preservation in Africa. She partakes in many charity events around the world. She enjoys hot yoga, horse riding, tennis, and scuba diving, and is an avid student who is learning to master playing the Cello. Being an active Rotarian, she thrives in giving back to the community.
FRANK DELUCIA
Frank DeLucia is Vice President and co-founder of CT Digital Ads Inc.
Frank has a diverse background at the confluence in business and law. He is a founder and managing partner of DeLucia, Mlynar & Associates LLP, a boutique law firm that specializes in intellectual property and other legal services to provide corporate and individual clients with a competitive advantage.
Frank also is the chief executive officer of Fermion Capital Corp., which is a majority female-owned company that acquires businesses and scales them. He also is Head of Compliance at crypto hedge fund GSC Assets LLC.
Frank also has been active in start-ups in cybersecurity and healthcare, and in real estate investments including a portfolio of income producing properties and a mixed-use property development in Greenwich Village, NYC.
Frank believes in public service and has served as Board Chairman of The Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation, which supports families with children battling cancer. Previously he served on the boards of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, which is a recognized leader in intellectual property education, professional development, networking, and in influencing the field of intellectual property law in general, and Futures and Options, which provides work-readiness experience to under-served youths from challenged backgrounds.
Frank has been honored five times as one of the “Legal 500” and is a recipient of the City Bar Justice Center’s 2014 Jeremy G. Epstein Award for Pro Bono Service.
Previously, Frank was a partner in the New York City law offices of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, and Merchant & Gould PC.
Frank possesses a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Frank also is avid musician, songwriter, and writer.
